The five steps

Onboarding takes you from a first conversation to a live Apex® site in five steps. We set the platform up around your goals, then hand your team the controls.

  • Talk to our team: tell us about your site, audiences and goals. We walk you through a live demo and recommend a plan.
  • Choose your plan: Basic, Standard, Premium or Enterprise, with room to move up later.
  • Set up and migrate: we configure the platform on AWS, bring over your pages and content, and connect the integrations you use.
  • Train your team: editors and marketers learn to build pages, publish posts and run campaigns without code.
  • Launch and improve: go live, then use analytics, SEO checks and A/B tests to keep improving what converts.

What to prepare

Onboarding goes fastest when you have these ready before setup starts.

  • Access to your current site and analytics
  • A list of the integrations you rely on, such as CRM, payments and email
  • The names of the people who will publish content
  • Your most important pages and the questions customers ask most

How does Apex® onboarding work?

Apex® onboarding takes you from a first conversation to a live site in five steps: talk to the Cyberdunes team, choose your plan, set up and migrate, train your team, then launch and improve. Cyberdunes sets the platform up around your goals and then hands your team the controls.

What happens on the first onboarding call?

On the first Apex® onboarding call, you tell the Cyberdunes team about your site, audiences and goals. The team walks you through a live demo of Apex® and recommends the plan that best fits what you need.

Which Apex® plans can I choose during onboarding?

During onboarding you can choose the Basic, Standard, Premium or Enterprise plan. Each plan leaves room to move up later, so you can start with what you need now and upgrade as your site, team or requirements grow.

Will Cyberdunes migrate my existing website to Apex®?

Yes. In the set up and migrate step, Cyberdunes configures the platform on AWS, brings over your pages and content, and connects the integrations you use. Migration is part of onboarding rather than a separate task your team has to manage alone.

Does my team get training on Apex®?

Yes. Training is one of the five onboarding steps. Editors and marketers learn to build pages, publish posts and run campaigns in Apex® without code, so your team can manage the site confidently once it goes live.

What should I prepare before Apex® onboarding starts?

Have access to your current site and analytics ready, a list of the integrations you rely on such as CRM, payments and email, the names of the people who will publish content, and your most important pages along with the questions customers ask most. This helps onboarding move faster.

Why should I list my most important pages before onboarding?

Listing your most important pages and the questions customers ask most helps Cyberdunes prioritize them during migration and setup. Those pages usually drive the most traffic and leads, so getting their structure and content right early protects performance at launch.

What happens after my Apex® site goes live?

After launch, your team uses Apex® analytics, SEO checks and A/B tests to keep improving what converts. Going live is the start of ongoing optimization rather than the end of the project, and the platform keeps publishing and measurement in one place.

Who do I contact if I need help during onboarding?

Your onboarding contact is your first port of call for questions during Apex® onboarding. You can also email support@cyberdunes.com at any time if you need help with setup, migration or training.

Do I need technical skills to run an Apex® site after onboarding?

No. Apex® is designed so editors and marketers can build pages, publish posts and run campaigns without writing code. Onboarding training covers these everyday tasks, and support is available by email if your team gets stuck.
