FAQs

What is a design thinking workshop?

A design thinking workshop is a hands-on session where a team uses design thinking to solve a real problem. People with different perspectives work through research, ideas, prototypes and testing together. The aim is a repeatable, customer-first way of working that the team keeps using after the workshop ends.

Who is the design thinking workshop for?

The workshop is for anyone who designs or builds products: designers, UX professionals, product managers, engineers, software developers, content writers, marketers, business analysts, leaders and design students. No prior design training is needed, because the syllabus builds up step by step from research to evaluation.

What will I learn in the design thinking workshop?

You learn to align product goals with business goals and design experiences people value. The syllabus covers user research, OKRs and prioritization, task flows, journeys and prototyping, user testing and A/B tests, go-to-market strategy and roadmaps, so participants see design thinking end to end rather than as isolated techniques.

What happens during the workshop sessions?

Participants build empathy for users through user research, persona development and user journey mapping, then generate, prototype and test ideas through rapid prototyping, user testing and design sprints. Much of the work happens in group brainstorms, design critiques and shared prototyping, the way agile teams work together toward company goals.

How long is the workshop and how many people can join?

At your office, the workshop runs across 2 full days of 7 hours each, for up to 50 participants. Public classroom workshops are four 3-hour sessions across 4 days in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata or Pune, with no more than 50 participants per class.

Can we book a private corporate workshop?

Yes. Corporate design thinking workshops run at your office or in your preferred city, and the exercises are shaped around your products, customers and OKRs. Contact Cyberdunes at sales@cyberdunes.com with your goals, and the team will confirm the format, fee and schedule.

How do I enroll in a public classroom session?

Public classroom sessions are listed with Cyberdunes' registration partner, Ritors Product Nexus, when they are announced, along with the session fees. You can also ask Cyberdunes through the contact page about upcoming dates. The workshop enrollment and payment page explains how enrollment and payment work.

How does the workshop connect design work to company OKRs?

The workshop treats OKRs (objectives and key results) as part of design, not a separate exercise. Participants learn to define and prioritize OKRs together, rank deliverables against them and track performance, so design decisions stay tied to the outcomes the business cares about, such as user satisfaction and sales.

Do participants receive a certificate, and what is included?

Yes. Participants who complete a program receive a certificate of completion issued by Cyberdunes and Ritors Product Nexus. Training material is provided in every session, so participants do not need to bring any study or learning material of their own.

Who leads the workshop, and is there support afterwards?

Sessions are led by Cyberdunes practitioners, and you can meet the trainers on the workshop page. After the workshop, alumni keep receiving mentorship through Cyberdunes alumni channels, which helps participants apply design thinking to their own work once the sessions end.

How much experience does Cyberdunes have running training?

Cyberdunes has trained more than 12,000 professionals and delivered more than 250 training sessions. Its Masterclass programs cover AI product management, design thinking, Agile, UX and UI, and project management, and are certified with Ritors Product Nexus.

How much does the design thinking workshop cost?

Cyberdunes does not publish a fixed fee for the design thinking workshop. Fees are customized for your team based on the number of seats. Public-session fees are listed on the registration partner's page when sessions are announced, or you can ask Cyberdunes through the contact page.
