Corporate Training for Product, Design and Delivery Teams

Our programs are AI Product Management, the AIPM Bootcamp, Design Thinking, the Design Thinking Workshop, Agile and Scrum, UX & UI Fundamentals and Project Management. You can run one program on its own or combine several into a learning path. We can also add modules on UX writing, team alignment, communication and growth strategy.

They suit anyone who builds products or services: product managers, designers, engineers, marketers, project managers and team leaders. Most programs have no prerequisites. We group participants by skills and goals and use examples from your industry, so beginners and experienced people both get value.

Corporate training is a private program for your company. We learn about your team and the problems it is solving, then choose modules and build exercises on your own products and projects. Sessions run at your office or in your preferred city, and your intellectual property stays confidential.

The Design Thinking Workshop runs 2 full days of 7 hours at your office, or four 3-hour sessions in a public classroom.

Yes. Participants who complete a program receive a certificate of completion issued by Cyberdunes and Ritors Product Nexus. It gives your team a shared foundation in the skills they practiced together.

We do not publish fees. Fees are customized for your team based on the number of seats. Public-session fees are listed on our registration partner's page when sessions are announced, or you can ask us through our contact page.

Your L&D (learning and development) team receives a proposal with the recommended program, modules, format and schedule before you commit, priced for your number of seats. Before the sessions, the trainer meets your team leads to agree goals and examples. Training material is provided in every session, and we send a GST invoice for your payment. Participants who complete a program receive a certificate of completion issued by Cyberdunes and Ritors Product Nexus.

Cyberdunes Masterclass programs are taught by trainers who build and ship products for clients, with experience from brands such as EY, HostGator, Bluehost, Airtel and NASDAQ. Because the methods come from real delivery, teams practice on their own products and can use what they learn the following week.

A workshop is an intensive, hands-on session built around one real problem. A bootcamp is a deeper, multi-module path with a capstone project for people moving into a new role, such as AI product manager. Corporate training is a private program for one company, with exercises built on its own projects.

The Design Thinking Workshop is the Cyberdunes flagship workshop and can host up to 50 participants. It runs as 2 full days at your office or as four 3-hour sessions in a public classroom, with participants practicing the five stages of design thinking on a real problem.
