This Cookie Policy explains what Cyberdune Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Cyberdunes", "we", "us" or "our") stores on your device when you visit www.cyberdunes.com (the "website"), and how you can control it. It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.

What Cookies and Browser Storage Are

Cookies are small text files that a website asks your browser to save and send back on later visits. Browser storage (local storage and session storage) works in a similar way, but the information stays in your browser and is not sent to the website with each request. Local storage keeps information until you clear it. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab.

Our Approach

We keep the website free of tracking. The website does not set analytics, advertising, social media or tracking cookies, and it does not use advertising networks, tracking pixels or cross-site profiling. Because we do not use non-essential cookies, the website does not show a cookie consent banner.

Browser Storage the Website Uses

A few site features save small entries in your browser. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.

  • Recent searches (local storage): the site search remembers your last five searches so you can repeat them. You can clear them from the search panel at any time.
  • Masterclass sign-up (session storage): the sign-up form briefly keeps your name, chosen program, city and drafted email so the next page can complete your sign-up. It is cleared when you close the tab.
  • Chat prompt (session storage): a single flag records that the chat prompt has already been shown, so it does not appear again during the same visit.
  • Scroll position (session storage): the website remembers where you were on a page, so going back returns you to the same place.

Strictly Necessary Technical Processing

Our hosting and security providers process standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. If a provider ever needs to set a strictly necessary security cookie to do this, it is used only for that purpose and never for advertising or profiling.

Embedded Videos

Some Apex® Help Center articles include videos. These are embedded in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not store YouTube cookies on your device unless you play the video. When you play a video, YouTube's own privacy policy applies to that connection.

The website links to other websites, such as our social media profiles and registration partners. When you follow those links, the other website's cookie and privacy policies apply, not this one.

How to Control or Clear Browser Storage

You can view, block or delete cookies and site data at any time through your browser settings, usually under Privacy or Site Settings. Clearing site data for www.cyberdunes.com removes the entries described above. Blocking them does not stop you from reading the website; it only means features such as recent searches will not remember your choices.

Apex® Customers

This policy covers www.cyberdunes.com only. Cookies used on websites that our clients build and run with Apex®, the AI-native digital experience platform (DXP), are decided by each client and covered by their own cookie notices.

Changes to This Policy

If we add a feature that needs a cookie, or start using a new kind of browser storage, we will update this policy before it goes live, and we will ask for your consent first wherever the law requires it. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.

Does www.cyberdunes.com use tracking cookies?

No. The Cyberdunes website does not set analytics, advertising, social media or tracking cookies, and it uses no advertising networks, tracking pixels or cross-site profiling. Because there are no non-essential cookies, the website does not show a cookie consent banner.

What does the website store in my browser?

Only a few entries that make features work: your last five site searches, a short-lived Masterclass sign-up draft, a flag so the chat prompt shows once per visit, and your scroll position on a page. These entries stay on your device and are not sent to Cyberdunes.

What is the difference between cookies and browser storage?

Cookies are small text files that a website asks your browser to save and send back to it on later visits. Browser storage, meaning local storage and session storage, works in a similar way, but the information stays in your browser and is not sent to the website with each request.

How long do the stored entries last?

It depends on the type of storage. Local storage, used for recent searches, keeps information until you clear it. Session storage, used for the Masterclass sign-up draft, the chat prompt flag and your scroll position, is cleared automatically when you close the browser tab.

How do I clear what the website stores?

Open your browser's privacy or site settings and clear the site data for www.cyberdunes.com, which removes every entry the website stores. You can also clear recent searches from the search panel at any time. The website still works normally afterwards; features such as recent searches simply will not remember your choices.

Does Cyberdunes process my IP address when I visit?

Yes, but only for strictly necessary technical purposes. Hosting and security providers process standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. If a provider ever needs a strictly necessary security cookie, it is used only for that purpose and never for advertising or profiling.

Do embedded videos set cookies?

Not unless you play them. Videos in Apex® Help Center articles are embedded in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not store YouTube cookies on your device until you play a video. Once you play one, YouTube's own privacy policy applies to that connection.

What happens when I follow a link to another website?

When you follow a link from www.cyberdunes.com to another website, such as a Cyberdunes social media profile or a registration partner, that website's own cookie and privacy policies apply. The Cyberdunes Cookie Policy covers only www.cyberdunes.com, so check the other site's notices for how it uses cookies.

Does the Cookie Policy cover websites built on Apex®?

No. The Cyberdunes Cookie Policy covers www.cyberdunes.com only. Each client that builds and runs a website with Apex®, the AI-native digital experience platform, decides which cookies that website uses and covers them in its own cookie notice.

Will Cyberdunes ask for consent if it adds cookies later?

Yes, wherever the law requires it. If Cyberdunes adds a feature that needs a cookie or starts using a new kind of browser storage, it will update the Cookie Policy before the feature goes live and ask for consent first where required. The Last updated date at the top of the policy shows when it last changed.

Who can I contact with questions about cookies?

Email privacy@cyberdunes.com with any question about the Cookie Policy, or write to Cyberdune Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. For how Cyberdunes handles personal data more broadly, read the Cyberdunes Privacy Policy alongside the Cookie Policy.
