Why AI Product Skills Matter Now

AI is changing what product teams build, and the skills companies look for when they hire.

Products Are Adding AI

Search, support, onboarding, pricing and content are being rebuilt with AI. Someone has to own those decisions.

Hiring Has Shifted

Many companies now list AI product skills in product manager roles, and some hire dedicated AI product managers.

Practical Experience Stands Out

Teams are still building AI product skills, so practical experience helps you stand out.

Skills That Transfer

AI product skills apply across industries, from banking and telecom to e-commerce and SaaS.

Closer to Leadership

AI decisions carry cost, risk and brand impact, so AI product managers work closely with leadership on strategy.

Stay Relevant

Learn the skills that keep your role valuable as AI takes over routine work.

Skills You Will Build

Each module pairs a focused concept session with hands-on work on a real AI product problem.

Problem Framing and Strategy

Find the problems where AI creates real value, size the opportunity and build a business case leadership will back.

Data and Model Basics

Understand large language models (LLMs), retrieval, agents and their limits well enough to make sound product decisions.

Prompt and Experience Design

Design prompts, inputs, outputs, guardrails and fallbacks so AI features are useful and trustworthy.

AI Evals and Quality

Define what good looks like, build rubrics and test sets, and decide when an AI feature is ready to ship.

Learn More

Data, Cost and Metrics

Work with data teams, manage model costs and set metrics that show whether an AI feature delivers.

Responsible AI

Handle privacy, bias, safety and compliance so your product earns user trust and passes enterprise review.

Prototyping and Delivery

Go from idea to working prototype, then plan delivery with engineering in short, measurable iterations.

Go-To-Market for AI

Position and launch AI features, and plan adoption so customers use what you ship.

Stakeholder Leadership

Explain AI trade-offs clearly to executives, engineers and customers, and lead teams through change.

Pick a real AI opportunity, research users and build the business case.

  3. Build and Prototype

Design the experience and build a working prototype with no-code and AI tools.

  4. Evaluate and Launch

Present your capstone to the trainers, refine your portfolio and resume, and practice AI product interviews.

Learn From Practitioners

Our trainers bring experience from brands such as EY, HostGator, Bluehost, Airtel and NASDAQ. They teach from product, technology and business decisions they have made on the job.

Real-World Experience

Lessons come from products, platforms and launches the trainers have worked on, not from textbooks.

FAQs

Questions, Answered

Can’t find what you’re looking for? Our team is happy to help.

Who is the AIPM Bootcamp for?

It is for working professionals in enterprises and corporates who want to move into AI product management. That includes product managers, product owners, business analysts, project managers, engineers, designers and consultants. You do not need a machine learning background, but some experience working on products or projects helps.

How is the bootcamp different from the AI Product Management program?

The AI Product Management program is for product teams that want to bring AI into the products they already run. The AIPM Bootcamp is for individuals building a career as an AI product manager. It is more intensive and includes a capstone, portfolio work, interview practice and career guidance.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You learn how models, data, prompts and evals work in plain language, and you use no-code tools to build prototypes. You will understand enough to work with data scientists and engineers, make trade-offs and review AI quality, without writing production code.

What will I build during the bootcamp?

You take one AI product idea from opportunity to launch plan: a problem statement, user research summary, AI feature brief, working prototype, evaluation rubric and test set, success metrics, a responsible AI review and a go-to-market plan. Participants who complete a program receive a certificate of completion issued by Cyberdunes and Ritors Product Nexus.

Will the bootcamp help me get a better job or salary?

The bootcamp is designed to make you a stronger candidate for AI product roles, with a portfolio, a certificate of completion and interview practice. Your outcome depends on your experience, your effort and the job market. We do not promise placements or specific salaries.

Can my company sponsor me or book a bootcamp for a team?

Yes. Many participants are sponsored by their employer as part of an upskilling plan. We also run private corporate bootcamps for a team or business unit, at your office or in your preferred city, with exercises built around your company's products. Contact us with your team size and goals for a proposal.

How much does the AIPM Bootcamp cost?

We do not publish fees. Fees are customized for your team based on the number of seats. Public-session fees are listed on our registration partner's page when sessions are announced, or you can ask us through our contact page.

What skills will I build in the AIPM Bootcamp?

The AIPM Bootcamp builds skills in problem framing and strategy, data and model basics, prompt and experience design, AI evals and quality, data, cost and metrics, responsible AI, prototyping and delivery, go-to-market for AI and stakeholder leadership. Each module pairs a focused concept session with hands-on work on a real AI product problem.

Which tools will I use in the AIPM Bootcamp?

Participants practice with ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini for research, analysis and prototyping, plus prompt design and testing workflows, no-code AI app builders and automation tools. The bootcamp also covers evaluation rubrics and test sets, analytics dashboards for AI feature metrics, Jira and Notion for specs and roadmaps, and Figma for AI user flows.

What are AI evals and why does the bootcamp teach them?

AI evals are structured tests that check whether an AI feature produces good outputs, using a definition of good, a rubric and a test set. The AIPM Bootcamp teaches them because AI product managers must decide when a feature is ready to ship, and evals turn that decision into evidence rather than opinion.

Where is the AIPM Bootcamp held, and how long does it run?

Public AIPM Bootcamp sessions run in classrooms in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata or Pune, and companies can book a private bootcamp at their office. Duration and schedule are agreed with your team during scoping, and public-session timings are announced on the registration partner's page.

Who teaches the AIPM Bootcamp?

The AIPM Bootcamp is taught by practitioners with experience from brands such as EY, HostGator, Bluehost, Airtel and NASDAQ. They teach from product, technology and business decisions they have made on the job and give direct feedback on your capstone, portfolio and interview answers.
