Why Do AI Features Need a Different Playbook?

AI features behave differently from regular software. Outputs can be wrong, quality has to be measured with evals instead of simple pass or fail tests, and costs grow with usage.

This program gives product managers a practical way to decide where AI fits, scope AI features with engineering and design, and prove they work before launch.

  • For product managers, product owners and product leads
  • Work on real problems from your own product
  • No coding needed

FAQs

Questions, Answered

Can’t find what you’re looking for? Our team is happy to help.

Who is the AI Product Management program for?

It is for product managers, product owners, product leads and anyone who shapes what a product team builds. Engineers, designers and analysts who work closely with product decisions also benefit. No machine learning background is required.

Do I need technical or coding knowledge?

No. The program explains how AI models behave in plain language and focuses on the decisions product managers make. You learn enough about models, data and evals to talk confidently with engineering, without writing code.

What will my team produce?

Each team works on a real opportunity from its own product. Teams leave with a scored shortlist of AI opportunities, an AI feature brief, an evaluation rubric with a starter test set, success metrics, a responsible AI checklist and a phased roadmap.

How is this different from the AIPM Bootcamp?

This program is for product teams that want to bring AI into the products they already run. The AIPM Bootcamp is for individuals who want to build a career as an AI product manager, and adds a capstone, portfolio work and interview practice.

Can we run it as corporate training for our company?

Yes. Corporate training runs at your office or in your preferred city, and your team works on its own product and roadmap in a confidential setting. Fees are customized for your team based on the number of seats. Contact us with your team size and goals and we will send a proposal.

Do participants receive a certificate?

Yes. Participants who complete a program receive a certificate of completion issued by Cyberdunes and Ritors Product Nexus. The certificate applies to both private corporate training and public classroom sessions.

How much does AI product management training cost?

We do not publish fees. Fees are customized for your team based on the number of seats. Public-session fees are listed on our registration partner's page when sessions are announced, or you can ask us through our contact page.

Why do AI features need a different product management playbook?

AI features behave differently from regular software. Their outputs can be wrong, quality has to be measured with evals rather than simple pass or fail tests, and costs grow with usage. Product managers therefore need ways to decide where AI fits, scope it with engineering and design, and prove it works before launch.

What topics does the AI Product Management training cover?

The training covers six modules: problem framing for AI, data and model basics for product managers, prompt design, AI evals, responsible AI, and metrics and launch planning. Each module pairs a short concept session with hands-on work on a real problem from your own product.

What are AI evals and why are they part of the program?

AI evals are repeatable tests that define what a good AI output looks like, using a rubric and a test set. They are central to the program because they tell a team whether an AI feature is good enough to ship, and teams leave with a rubric and starter test set for their own feature.

Where are public AI product management sessions held?

Public classroom sessions run with a trainer in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata and Pune, with training material provided. Public-session timings and fees are announced on the page of Ritors Product Nexus, the registration partner, when sessions are scheduled.

How long does the AI Product Management program take?

The duration and schedule for corporate training are agreed with your team during scoping, so the program fits your calendar and goals. Timings for public classroom sessions are announced on the registration partner's page when each session is scheduled.
