FAQs
Questions, Answered
Can’t find what you’re looking for? Our team is happy to help.
What does the project management training cover?
The project management training covers six modules across the project lifecycle: scope and requirements, schedule and milestones, risk management, stakeholder management, budget, resources and quality, and predictive and agile approaches. Cyberdunes adds examples and case studies from your industry so the content feels familiar to your team.
What is the difference between predictive and agile project management?
Predictive (plan-driven) project management fixes scope and plans the work up front, which suits projects with stable requirements. Agile delivers in short cycles and adapts as you learn, which suits uncertain work. Many teams use a hybrid, and the course shows how to choose.
What experience do participants need?
The program suits professionals at every stage, from people new to project work to experienced managers. We ask about your team's experience up front and adjust the depth of each module.
How long does the program take?
It depends on the modules you choose and how deep your team needs to go. Some teams want a focused refresher, others want the full lifecycle. We agree the schedule with you based on your goals and team availability.
Does this prepare us for PMP?
Not directly. This is practical training for running real projects, not PMP exam prep. The PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is issued by PMI (Project Management Institute), which sets its own eligibility rules and exam. The scope, schedule, risk and stakeholder skills you practice here are useful background, but use PMI's own resources to prepare for the exam.
Can the training be run as corporate training for our company?
Yes. Corporate training runs at your office or in your preferred city, with case studies from your industry and exercises built on your own projects. Fees are customized based on the modules and the number of seats, and we send a proposal before you commit.
Will participants receive a certificate?
Yes. Participants who complete a program receive a certificate of completion issued by Cyberdunes and Ritors Product Nexus. It gives your team a shared standard for how projects are planned and run.
How much does project management training cost?
We do not publish fees. Fees are customized for your team based on the number of seats. Public-session fees are listed on our registration partner's page when sessions are announced, or you can ask us through our contact page.
What will my team be able to do after project management training?
After the training, your team will be able to define scope and break work into tasks, build schedules with milestones and dependencies, manage risks, budgets and resources, communicate status to stakeholders, choose a predictive, agile or hybrid approach, plan quality standards and close projects with lessons learned.
Where is the project management training held?
The training runs as a private program at your office or in your preferred city, or as public classroom sessions in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata or Pune. Every format is hands-on, and workshops let your team plan a real project from scope to risk register.
Who teaches the project management Masterclass?
The project management Masterclass is taught by Cyberdunes practitioner trainers who bring experience from brands such as EY, HostGator, Bluehost, Airtel and NASDAQ. They teach from real delivery work rather than theory alone, using realistic scenarios your team can relate to.
How is the project management program tailored to our team?
Tailoring follows four steps: you discuss your team's experience, projects and where delivery gets stuck; Cyberdunes adapts the modules and adds industry examples; your team trains together on realistic scenarios; then teams apply the techniques to live projects, with consulting support available if you want it.
