How do I pay for my workshop seat?
Contact us through our contact page or email sales@cyberdunes.com with your name, the workshop you registered for and the number of attendees. Our team will reply from an @cyberdunes.com address with the fee and payment instructions. This page does not take payments. If anyone else sends you payment instructions, do not pay; call us on +91 79777 69368.
When is my seat confirmed?
Your seat is secured once our team has received and confirmed your payment. Until then, your registration is held as an enquiry. If you have a deadline, mention it and we will tell you where your booking stands.
When will I receive the workshop details?
Workshop details are emailed to you after successful payment. They tell you where and when to join and what to expect. If you have paid and not received them, email sales@cyberdunes.com or support@cyberdunes.com and we will resend them.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
No. Fees are non-refundable, and cancellations are not refunded. Please confirm your dates and attendees before you pay.
Will I receive a GST invoice?
Yes. We send a GST invoice for your payment. Include the billing name for the invoice when you get in touch.
Can my company pay for a group of employees?
Yes. Many enrollments come from companies booking corporate training for a team. Share the team size and preferred format, at your office or in a public classroom, and we will prepare a proposal priced for your number of seats before any payment is made.
How much does a workshop cost?
We do not publish fees. Fees are customized for your team based on the number of seats. Public-session fees are listed on our registration partner's page when sessions are announced, or you can ask us through our contact page.
